FAR EXCEEDING
EXPECTATIONS
Several years ago LCG members,
in partnership with Motorola
University, led one of the largest
studies of class member
satisfaction ever by a
management consulting firm.
Involving over 250,000
graduates of programs designed
by LCG members and 8,000,000
pieces of feedback, Motorola
researchers found class member
expectations were met or
exceeded 98.6% of the time - -
or about 36 percentage points
higher than the industry
average.
The study measured perceptions
in 5 important training areas:
Program Design
Results Generated
Program Relevancy
Quality of the Program Materials,
and
Quality of the Instruction
